I never thought I would become one of those assholes who takes 10,000 vitamins a day, but since I’ve started this diet I’ve really got gung ho about them.
Pictured: vit c, vit b complex, magnesium, green tea, chromium, regular multi, biotin, evening primrose oil extract and the green thing is an iron suppliment (I’m anemic). This is my pre-breakfast breakfast. Yum.
